At Frankenmuth Woolen Mill, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our wool bedding and home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging.

Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your wool products in their original protective bedding bags and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Once our mill receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
